Saunas are seperated for mens and womens.
Saunas are warm:
On Tuesdays from 18:00 to 21:00
On Thursdays from 18:00 to 21:00
Kids park
All children from the age of two are welcome in to supervised kids playground. The supervisor is on the following days:

Kids park doors are open, so if your child can get along he/she is very welcome!
Personal trainer
In Kuntosumppu you will be served by wellness coach Sanna Kiiski. Sanna is a Personal Trainer trained by Fitfarm and a Mind Coach trained by the Finnish Mentoring Team. More information on Sanna's own website.
