KUNTOSUMPPU’S OPEN DAYS on 2nd-5th of JANUARY

Four (4) days!

During these days, you can come to the gym and participate in group exercise classes for free! Our Les Mills –programs: Bodypump, Bodystep, Bodybalance ja CORE are launching new programs during these days, so it's easy for new participants to join, because the program is new for everyone!

SPRING'S GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE STARTS on 7th of January! The list has been published on social media and a printed version is available at the reception.

  • OUR GYM IS OPEN EVERYDAY FROM 5:00 TO 00:00 EVENWHEN RECEPTION IS CLOSED (WITH A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD)

  • On Friday 8th of November we will close already at 17:00. There is not Bodyspinning -class.

  • On Sunday 10th of November we are closed (Father’s Day).
